The microplate luminescence detector is a 96-well plate luminescence detector with simple operation, high sensitivity, and wide linear range. It has the characteristics of simple operation, rapid response, high sensitivity, strong specificity, high stability, no radioactive contamination, and toxic hazard, and is considered as the most promising ultrafine immune detection method.

Operation steps of the microplate luminescence detector:

1. Connect the main power supply, press the computer power button on the right side of the instrument to open the computer, read the bill card, open the power supply of the monitor, and wait for the operating system to start;

2. Turn on the power supply of the instrument on the lower left side of the instrument, double-click the "EnSpireManager" icon on the computer desktop, and then start the control software. The program will automatically go online, self, and initialize. After the process is completed, the software will list the detection method and show the instrument as idle in the upper right corner;

3. Select or modify the test method, click the Unload (unload) button in the upper right corner of the software, extend the instrument to the carrier frame, place the microplate to be tested, and then click "Runxxx" in the upper left corner of the software (the green triangle icon on the right, similar to the play button), the instrument automatically load the carrier and microplate and start the test;

4. After the detection, the software will automatically jump to the result page, where you can view, add and modify the data processing steps or directly export the data;

5. Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the software, click the Exit Windows under the first tab, and then select "WholeEnSpireManagerSoftware" to exit the software; 6. Turn off the lower power switch on the left side of the instrument;

7. Turn off the computer according to the normal procedures;

8. Read the bill card, turn off the display power supply, and end the whole operation process.
